All our closing systems are manufactured in Europe in BRCGS approved workshops and are suitable for food contact.
During processing, the crushing of our closure allows a clean finish without leakage. Our zippers guarantee the best efficiency and a constant quality whatever the machine used.
Easy Crush zipper allows the crushing and the sealing at lower temperatures in comparison with a conventional zipper (up to 50°C gain). This profile allows clean, leak-free seals when converting the bag. The sealing layer is suitable for PE or PP films depending on the reference.

Flowpack zippers are narrow in width and have been designed specifically for Flowpack packaging machine applications, which can also run at high speeds. No modifications are required to your machines to run them.
Crossweb profiles have three flanges and are designed to fit perfectly on vertical fill, form & seal packaging machines and converting lines. Crossweb zippers have several adjustable options such as its width, its tolerances and the possibility to add a tactile effect. The zipper is pre-positioned horizontally across the film prior to the filling stage, enabling the bag to be shaped. Ideal for pillow bags or bags with side gussets.

The X-Force zipper is a hinged closure with a very high internal opening force. It is ideally suited to packaging with heavy products or packaging subject to strong pressure during handling that may result in the unexpected opening and spilling of the bags contents.
