Our D2F® (Direct to Fill) product solutions is the next step in understanding our customers needs.
The ETO sterile glass vials are delivered in a sterile packaging which can be used for immediately filling, no more rinsing, washing or sterilizing.
Nipro PharmaPackaging offers ETO sterile glass vials for direct use:
- Pre pack sterile packaging for immediate filing
- Volume: 10-15ml Injection/Infusion Vials and 15ml Screw-Neck vials
- DMF Type III, available with FDA (USA) and HPFB (Canada)
- Type I clear glass
- Compliance with USP, EP, JP
- D2F processes: washing, siliconization, assembly, packaging
- ETO indicators on all units and outer boxes

All D2F® units and outer boxes are provided with an ETO indicator, an efficient and clear way to optically visualize that all units were exposed to ETO sterilization.

D2F® products are delivered pre-packed and sterile, allowing you to free up clean room space currently allocated to washing and sterilizing containers.
Increase yield of filling lines
