Regulation) (GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act and the company\u2019s Personal Data Protection Policy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This Privacy Notice is applicable to you if you are a client or a potential client of the products and services provided by KAA TIMEX LR Ltd. or a job applicant and it is intended to explain to you how and why we process your personal data.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the General Data Protection Regulation <strong>personal dat<\/strong><strong>a<\/strong> means any information relating to natural persons through which they can be directly or indirectly identified.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Processing of personal data<\/strong> is any operation or set of operations which is performed on 9515304.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Natural persons whose personal data are processed by the company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In connection with the services provided by it KAA TIMEX LR Ltd. processes personal data of the following natural persons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Counterparts\u00a0or potential counterparties\u00a0of the\u00a0company<\/li>\n<li>Job applicants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>What kind of personal data do we process<\/strong><strong>?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Based on the specific objectives and legal grounds KAA TIMEX LR Ltd. processes all or some of the following personal data, individually or in combination:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>identification data\u00a0&#8211; three names, personal ID number or personal number of a foreigner\/other identifier, address;<\/li>\n<li>contact details\u00a0&#8211; telephone, fax, e-mail;<\/li>\n<li>financial information, including bank accounts;<\/li>\n<li>other\u00a0information and personal data necessary for\u00a0performing the duties under the labour, social security and tax legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In cases where it acts as a processor of personal data, KAA TIMEX LR Ltd. processes the personal data of clients of the Company in compliance with the contract with the administrator, its documented instructions and the legal obligations of the Company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Purposes of processing <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The company processes personal data\u00a0for the following\u00a0purposes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>supply of raw materials, substances and packaging materials for medicine production, food supplements, cosmetics, food, beverages and other goods in Bulgaria and abroad;<\/li>\n<li>intermediary activities in international sales and services;<\/li>\n<li>client consulting;<\/li>\n<li>cooperation with partners in Bulgaria and abroad \u2013 leading pharmaceutical, cosmetic companies, manufacturers in food industry, food supplements and others;<\/li>\n<li>electronic archiving;<\/li>\n<li>protection of the legitimate interests of the company, including:\n<ul>\n<li>ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance and security of the company&#8217;s website and IT systems;<\/li>\n<li>ensuring and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the company, including legal procedures;<\/li>\n<li>video surveillance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>To fulfil statutory obligations:\n<ul>\n<li>obligations under the Accountancy Act, the Tax and Social Insurance Procedure Code and other related statutory instruments, in relation to the execution of proper and lawful accounting;<\/li>\n<li>execution of the orders of competent state or judicial authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Legal grounds of processing <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The company processes personal data only in the presence of any of the alternative legal\u00a0grounds under the General Regulation, and in particular:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performance of\u00a0a contract, including pre-contractual relations before its signing;<\/li>\n<li>Legal obligations applicable to the company;<\/li>\n<li>The legitimate interests of the company, insofar as they have priority over the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subjects;<\/li>\n<li>In some cases, we process personal\u00a0data only with the prior consent of the data subject.\u00a0Consent is a separate basis for the processing of your personal data, and the processing goal is specified therein and is not covered by the purposes listed in this Privacy Notice.\u00a0The consent already granted may be withdrawn by the data subject at any time in the same manner as it was granted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Possible<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>consequences of failure to provide personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If the client does not provide\u00a0the required information, including the necessary\u00a0personal data,\u00a0the company cannot enter into a contract with that client and cannot\u00a0render\u00a0the service requested.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Term of personal data storage <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The storage period of personal data depends on the processing purposes for which they are collected.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Personal data of the company\u2019s clients are kept for a period of five years from the completion of the contract in accordance with the general limitation period under\u00a0the Obligations and Contracts Act.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The personal data contained in the accounting documents shall be kept within the terms of Art. 12 of the Accountancy Act, and Art. 38 of the Tax and Social Insurance Procedure\u00a0Code, respectively.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The personal data of job applicants will be deleted or destroyed within 60 days of completing the selection procedure of the candidates.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Security<\/strong> <strong>of personal data <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Company applies all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal\u00a0data, including taking explicit confidentiality obligation by the employees.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Rights of the data subjects<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any natural person whose data are processed by the company has the following rights:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the right to access his\/her personal\u00a0data,\u00a0including receiving a copy\u00a0thereof;<\/li>\n<li>the right to rectification or completion of inaccurate personal data;<\/li>\n<li>the right to erasure of personal data processed\u00a0without a\u00a0legal basis;<\/li>\n<li>the right to restriction of processing &#8211;\u00a0in case of a legal dispute between the company and the person until its resolution or the establishment, exercise or protection of legal claims;<\/li>\n<li>the right to object &#8211; at any time and on grounds relating to the particular situation of the person, provided that there are no compelling legitimate grounds for the above rights may be exercised by submitting a written application in the office of KAA TIMEX LR Ltd. An application may also be made electronically in accordance with the Electronic Document and Electronic Certification Services Act.
